Beef Stew Keeps You Going

A cheerful man in a flat cap sits in a café, eating beef stew with mashed potatoes and cabbage while delivering an energetic motivational speech about work, perseverance, and having a blinding day. The joke comes from the grand inspirational message being punctuated by the very ordinary conclusion that a little beef stew keeps you going, making the food into his source of heroic motivation. The clip is driven by his enthusiastic spoken delivery, expressive gestures, and a warm, conversational mood rather than music. Good morning and happy Thursday you lovely lovely people now it's another busy day for us we're up early been down at Pilling's Gate got some beautiful seafood for the Larry Lobster stall but we've stopped off in the best cap in East London Dino's cap and Ernie's done something a little bit different to us we have got the amazing beef stew little bit of cabbage a bit of mashed potatoes and it's going straight down the Gregory. I want to wish you all a fantastic day. Go out there to a date, give it 110%, don't go home until you're proud and always believe in yourself. Listen I know it's hard out there, it's stressful, it's cold, it's rainy but we've got to keep on going and we can't give up. I for one have got a double busy day. I've got mattresses going out once we've loaded up the seafood stall and I've got a delivery to my Tottenham friend Jamie O'Hara who I will remind the West Ham sport from the weekend for listen guys have a blinding day don't go on until you're proud and a little beef stew it keeps you going. Be lucky everyone love to you and your families abash.
