Sonic Fans Discover Chris’s Mum

Text on the meme

Bro it took Sonic fans 3 decades to simp over the actual humans in this franchise. I refuse to believe this is Chris’s mum Sonic? Chris? Mom?

What it means

A video meme shows an animated blonde woman in black clothing talking on a phone, followed by a dark, bewildered reaction image and a gradual overlay of a red-uniformed figure. The joke mocks Sonic fans for suddenly thirsting over human women in the franchise, while the comment “Sonic? Chris? Mom?” expresses confused disbelief; the dramatic music, Yugo Kanno’s “Yamino Sosei,” makes the absurd revelation feel comically serious.
