What it means

A video montage follows a bald man through increasingly serious, suspicious and distressed reactions while a post claims that the USA leaving the World Health Organisation somehow leads to cures for many types of cancer. The sad music intensifies the absurdity, treating the exaggerated political claim like devastating news and turning the man’s silent looks into a reaction to misinformation or an unbelievable announcement.
