Grandma’s Smoker Lullaby

Text on the meme

My Grandma singing me a lullaby after smoking for 58 years

What it means

A long-haired singer in dark traditional clothing performs outdoors, swaying and singing with an intense, raspy low voice. The clip uses Saidash Mongush’s “Udugen Taiga,” a Tuvan throat-singing/folk-style song, to exaggerate the joke that a grandmother who has smoked for 58 years would sing a lullaby with a gravelly, almost otherworldly voice. The dramatic music and resonant vocals make the harmless premise sound epic and absurd, making it useful as a reaction to an unusually rough voice or dramatic singing.
