Burning Away the Old Year

Text on the meme

JANUARY BER 20

What it means

An anxious cartoon reindeer flips through a calendar, then appears tearful before a hand-drawn version of itself is thrown into a roaring fire and burned. The joke turns ordinary calendar anxiety or emotional distress into dramatic destruction, with the intense music from Lil' Tater Tot’s “Grapefruit Hell” making the escalation feel absurdly tragic.
