Instant Parkinsons Card Pull

Text on the meme

When you pull the card of instant Parkinsons: TAG TEAM Outrage Flare Strike Double Blaze GX

What it means

A man dramatically reveals a Pokémon trading card while his hands and the card shake increasingly violently. The caption jokes that pulling a card causes “instant Parkinsons,” parodying exaggerated trembling and surprise reactions to an unexpectedly exciting pull. Energetic music heightens the absurd reveal and makes the shaking feel like a comedic performance.
