Community Justice Goes Wrong

Text on the meme

centre left right far left far right "We should get rid of the police and handle crime through community justice"

What it means

A diagram shows a gray horseshoe-shaped scale labeled from “far left” to “far right,” above a quote supporting community justice. Below it, a red-haired glasses-wearing character holding yerba mate faces a creepy grinning bald figure, suggesting that abolishing the police could empower frightening or violent people. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to idealistic political proposals and their unintended consequences.
