What it means

A hand holds a fireworks box decorated with an image resembling the Twin Towers beside a TNT “Golden Shower Fountain” firework. The joke comes from the unsettling pairing of a cheerful fireworks product with imagery associated with the September 11 attacks, making it an absurdly inappropriate product design and dark-humor reaction image.
