Rise and Grind on the First

RISE AND GRIND IT’S THA 1ST OF THA MONTH SUNDAY

A fast-cut video shows a closed eye, leafy trees, a man walking toward the Houses of Parliament, someone trudging down a hallway, exhausted people waking up, a person struggling to rise from the floor, and a man waking beside a chicken. The repeated captions frame the first day of the month as an exaggerated, exhausting “rise and grind” ritual, while Bone Thugs-n-Harmony’s “1st of Tha Month (Remix)” makes the joke feel like a celebratory but chaotic monthly wake-up anthem.
