A woman cries dramatically into the camera, then the video cuts to a dark hallway as an employment application slowly comes into view. The joke is that the job application is presented like a terrifying reveal, making ordinary job hunting feel ominous and overwhelming; the crying reaction and gong-like dramatic sound amplify the absurdity. It works as a reaction to being forced to apply for a job or facing an exhausting employment process.
