Anti-Theft Locks on Darker Makeup

Perhaps I’m mistaken, but it LOOKS like @cvspharmacy in SF has put anti-theft locks on makeup for the two darker skin tones available but not for the lightest one. (Hasn’t stopped someone from removing a case of the darker one from its packet – in protest, I’d like to think..)
