What it means

The joke is that he responds to “I don’t like metal because I can’t dance to it” by demonstrating an absurdly chaotic dance, making the claim look ridiculous. Infant Annihilator’s “Decapitation Fornication,” an extremely aggressive deathcore track, intensifies the frantic movement and makes the clip work as a reaction to someone who says metal is impossible to dance to.
