What it means

A screenshot of a /pol/ statistics page lists countries by total posts after 2014-12-15, with Israel ranked first by a huge margin and the United States second. The joke is the surprising and politically charged ranking, presented as supposed evidence of who dominated the board; it is used as an ironic reaction to discussions about 4chan, /pol/, hacking, or alleged foreign influence.
