Dictators Flirting Over Ice Cream

Text on the meme

Adolf-chan! What do you like) But i like YOU more! Straw bery flav or Saddam-chan! Cookie & cream

What it means

A chibi animated montage shows blushing caricatures of Adolf Hitler and Saddam Hussein flirting while choosing ice-cream flavors. The exaggerated hearts, sparkles, suggestive expressions, and escalating romantic reactions turn notorious dictators into absurdly cute anime characters. The clip is set to AiScReam’s upbeat, hyperactive song “愛♡スクリ～ム!”, whose sugary energy makes the dark historical reference even more ridiculous.
