Putin's BodyGuard

What it means

EN: This is a split-screen video: in the top section, a man in tactical clothing and a protective vest performs exaggerated martial-arts moves at a shooting range; in the bottom section, Putin’s official bodyguard looks around with an entirely serious expression. The joke comes from the contrast between the strange, energetic movements of the supposed “Putin’s bodyguard” and the real guard’s cold, emotionless reaction, intensified by VØJ and Narvent’s cinematic, melancholic music; it is used as a reaction to situations that are overly serious or theatrical.
