An anime-style character speeds down a neon highway on a hospital gurney while the lower half shows a man on a stretcher making exaggerated faces and sticking out his tongue. The escalating action is cut against the man’s ecstatic reaction, turning the dramatic anime sequence into an absurd visual punchline. The clip uses “I Really Want to Stay At Your House” by Rosa Walton & Hallie Coggins, whose melancholic electronic mood makes the over-the-top reaction even funnier.
