Stop Learning to Climb
first then of course and then Stop! if you're you can learn an adult thing
A bespectacled person demonstrates developmental movements in a grassy park, progressing from rolling and crawling to standing, walking, and climbing a shipping container. Another version of the person shouts “Stop!” to humorously represent adults restricting movement, before the clip encourages people to relearn climbing, falling, rolling, and cartwheeling like children. The first thing you learn as a baby is to lift your head and then you learn to roll. Then of course you learn to crawl. Then you stand and walk and then you run and then you jump. But the second you start climbing, no stop you're not allowed to learn how to move anymore. It kind of breaks my heart a little because if you're able-bodied you're capable of so much more. You can learn to climb and fall safely. You can learn to roll and you can learn to cartwheel. Limiting beliefs are pretty much just an adult thing so start acting like a kid again and move. Stay Flexi.
