Very cop has admitted to sending a text that's so offensive, we can't even show it on TV. What's your reaction to that? Undiscussed. We obtained screenshots of the group text in which Officer Matthew Blunt was using his personal phone to brag about winning $32 through the lottery. That's when he sent this message, a cartoon with an expletive and the N-word to other officers including his supervisor Christine Panmation's City Phone. The city has sent a strong message that this behavior is not acceptable. Blunt's punishment, one shift without pay. It's scary because if I need a policeman, I would say, well, is he a good one or a bad one?
