This Is Sexy, This Is Not

Text on the meme

THIS is sexy THIS is not

What it means

A comparison meme contrasts three moody, surreal interior scenes from Twin Peaks with three bright, modern luxury interiors. The joke is that the creator finds the eerie, dated and atmospheric spaces sexy, while rejecting polished contemporary design as unattractive. It is used as a humorous reaction to express preference for unsettling vintage aesthetics over bland modern interiors.
