Far-right polish politician "Janusz Korwin-Mikke" picking up an anime femboy at a cosplay convention

What it means

A far-right Polish politician is shown carrying a pink-haired anime-style femboy at a cosplay convention. The joke is the absurd contrast between Korwin-Mikke’s political image and the flamboyant cosplay scene, making the image useful as an ironic reaction to unexpected behavior or hypocrisy.
