FBI Writing the Manifesto

Text on the meme

FBI writing the wisconsin shooters manifesto

What it means

Two young men sit at a red laptop in a brightly lit studio. One types while the other laughs and gestures excitedly, framing the FBI as enthusiastically helping write a manifesto for Wisconsin shooters. The joke is a darkly absurd reaction to someone appearing to support or encourage a violent plan. EN: Two young men sit at a red laptop in a brightly lit studio.
