September Alzheimer's October Doomsroller

Text on the meme

September Alzheimer's October full time doomsroller (you never improved)

What it means

A two-panel meme contrasts September, represented by a glowing brain labeled “Alzheimer's,” with October, showing a person lying in bed and compulsively scrolling on a phone. The joke is that the person’s supposed improvement never happened; they simply became a full-time doomscroller, turning a monthly self-improvement expectation into a bleak punchline.
