Before and After Surgery

Before and after surgery

What it means

A bearded man examines his face, then suddenly appears with comically enormous breasts before walking away. The joke parodies a dramatic “before and after surgery” reveal by treating an absurd body transformation as the result of cosmetic surgery. The audio’s mechanical window-like or cupboard-opening sounds emphasize the exaggerated reveal and make the transition feel intentionally ridiculous.

Sound

power windows, electric windows cupboard open or close
