Bluesky Diversity Hiring Post
Meanwhile on Bluesky... I am trying to hire gays and transgenders to diversify my company but whenever I run a background check they are all sex offenders. Where can I find normal LGBTs who are not attracted to minors?
A screenshot of a Bluesky post shows a purported employer claiming that every LGBTQ applicant fails a background check for being a sex offender, then asking where to find “normal” LGBTQ people. The joke is an offensive absurdist generalization that reverses the usual bigoted stereotype and mocks prejudiced discourse about LGBTQ people and child abuse.
