Next Valve Game on Steam

Text on the meme

next valve game will be released on steam STEAM®

What it means

A fake social media post claims that the next Valve game will be released on Steam, showing a collage of games and the Steam logo. The joke is that Valve owns Steam, so every Valve game is effectively released on its own platform; it is a deliberately obvious and absurd announcement. This meme is sent as a sarcastic reaction to pointless gaming news or redundant statements.
