It's Not Bad, It's Nostalgic

Text on the meme

Stop marketing your bad camera 🥰 “The quality is so bad” It’s not bad it’s “Nostalgic”

What it means

A deliberately low-quality video first shows a tiny novelty camera filming a tree, then cuts to grainy, washed-out footage of forests, trees, and a rocky stream. The joke reframes the poor image quality as “nostalgic,” parodying the way people romanticize old camcorder footage; Alphaville’s synth-pop song “Forever Young” reinforces the wistful mood.
