How Japanese people watch American news 激戦州の情勢は？ノースカロライナ州選挙人 16人やや優勢豆浆〜

What it means

A young man sits on a couch watching television while drinking from a blue mug. The TV presents exaggerated American election news through a colorful Japanese-style game show, then cuts to an anime-like blond politician in an American-flag suit delivering absurdly dramatic punches. The joke parodies the sensationalized way news is supposedly consumed, with the YMCA song and dramatic sound effects making the political spectacle feel like a ridiculous action sequence.
