What it means

A screenshot of a social media post shows a dark, cloudy beach with a lone stick standing upright in the sand. The poster says they photographed it in a dream, then discovered the image on their phone, asking which government agency to contact. The joke references the SCP Foundation and paranormal or reality-bending events, presenting an ordinary beach photo as evidence of something supernatural.
