Boys With a Fever

Boys when they're struck with a gruesome life-threatening wound Boys when they have a fever

A split-screen video contrasts a stoic grayscale statue representing boys with a gruesome, life-threatening wound against increasingly chaotic, feverish scenes of a man and a group partying in a dim red-lit room. The joke is that boys supposedly endure severe injuries calmly but become dramatically delirious over an ordinary fever, making it a reaction meme for exaggerated illness. The clip is set to Sonora City’s “Low Voltage,” an electronic track whose intense, dark mood amplifies the over-the-top transformation.
