What it means

EN: A smiling man in a formal suit appears in front of a Jordanian election poster announcing Dr. Wael Abyad’s candidacy for the second seat on the party list in Al-Mafraq. The image is humorous because an unrelated man’s face has been composited onto a serious political campaign poster, making it useful as a reaction to elections and overly formal slogans.
