Just Keep Rebooting Bro
We've received feedback from customers that several reboots (as many as 15 have been reported) may be required, but overall feedback is that reboots are an effective troubleshooting step at this stage.
A plain black screenshot displays an absurdly formal customer-support message recommending repeated reboots, possibly up to 15 times. The joke is that “just reboot it” is presented as a universally effective troubleshooting solution, making fun of unhelpful tech support advice. It is sent as a reaction when someone keeps suggesting rebooting instead of diagnosing the real problem.
