This is what Christopher Columbus saw when he pulled up to America
A close-up photo shows a smiling woman with long dark hair and broad red face paint across her eyes, surrounded by tropical foliage. The caption jokes that this is what Christopher Columbus saw when he arrived in America, using the face paint and her appearance as a humorous exaggeration of his supposed first encounter with Indigenous people.
