Triangle Lot Beside Freeway

I frequently look up homes set lowest to highest prices so I can cope dream and this tiny triangle piece of land next to a freeway exit selling for $500k is the funniest thing I have seen in a while Land sellers are the most delusional people in the market right now.

A screenshot of a social media post shows a tiny triangular piece of vacant land outlined in red beside a crowded freeway, listed for $500,000. The joke is that the absurdly shaped, noisy, and nearly unusable plot is being sold at an outrageous price, prompting a reply calling land sellers delusional. It is used as a reaction to ridiculous real-estate prices and unreasonable listings.
