Bad Apple Cat Transformation

Text on the meme

green apple BAD apple

What it means

A fluffy white cat rests its chin on a green apple while the caption first calls it “green apple.” As Alstroemeria Records’ electronic J-pop song “Bad Apple!!” featuring nomico plays, red color gradually spreads across the apple until it becomes a red apple, turning the lyric-like wordplay into a visual transformation joke. It works as an absurd reaction video for situations where something innocent slowly becomes “bad.”
