EN: In what looks like a televised political broadcast, a candidate with Joker-like white makeup and red clothing behaves bizarrely, crawling across the desk, climbing onto a chair, and showing off red high heels. The woman behind him tries to suppress her laughter and strikes a pose at the end, while the contrast between the formal candidate-name chyron and the manic performance creates the joke. High-pitched shouting, eerie theatrical sounds, and noises resembling animal calls intensify the strange atmosphere, turning a political broadcast into horror comedy.
