Skyrim Cities Ban Cats
Empire : Stormcloaks are so racist! Empire controlled cities in Skyrim:
The meme contrasts the Empire accusing the Stormcloaks of racism with a sign in an Empire-controlled Skyrim city banning cats, while a cat looks at it. The joke is that the Empire’s own discriminatory rule makes its accusation hypocritical, referencing the political conflict in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
