EN: In a gym, a woman attempts a pull-up with the help of an elastic resistance band while two men assist her. She comes down, one of the men grabs the band, but it suddenly snaps him backward and knocks him off balance. The joke comes from the unexpected role reversal: the helper suddenly becomes the victim of the workout equipment; the sharp impact and possible band snap make the gag funnier.
