How to stay focused. This is an easy hack you can do with everyday household items. Take a shopping bag, make a small hole, and fill it with ice. Take the bag to the ceiling over your workstation so that the hole is parallel to the top of your head. As the ice melts, it begins to drip cold water out of the hole. Not only does the ice water kind of give you a jolt of energy, but you're also anticipating the next drop. This is technically Chinese water torture, but in a much more relaxed environment. I like to call it Chinese water motivation.
