Brave Mujahideen Film Dedication

Text on the meme

THIS FILM IS DEDICATED TO THE BRAVE MUSAHEDEEN FIGHTERS OF AFGHANISTAN

What it means

A grainy photograph shows an old RCA television displaying a nighttime image of a grand illuminated building with the dedication “THIS FILM IS DEDICATED TO THE BRAVE MUSAHEDEEN FIGHTERS OF AFGHANISTAN.” The joke comes from the overly dramatic, politically charged film disclaimer appearing on an outdated television, making it useful as an absurd or ironic reaction to something extreme or suspicious.
