War Never Changes
WAR WAR NEVER CHANGES
A black-and-white historical image of soldiers with a rocket launcher is contrasted with a modern soldier carrying a similar weapon in a desert. The joke uses the famous Fallout phrase to suggest that warfare and its imagery remain essentially the same across generations. It is sent as a reaction to the recurring, unchanging nature of war.
