Binance posts a formal apology and jokingly says it needs a new intern who loves crypto, excels at social media, and understands global cultural taboos. The punchline implies the previous tweet caused controversy because it failed to account for cultural sensitivities, turning the apology into a satirical job posting. It is used as a reaction to tone-deaf corporate statements and questionable social media management.
