Bro Found a New Exercise
"bro i found this new exercise"
A young man in a gym demonstrates a supposed new exercise, first moving a cable handle around his body and then holding it behind his head. The joke is that he presents an awkward, questionable movement with complete confidence as if he has invented a legitimate workout. The energetic 4GVST — Aura Song music gives the clip a dramatic, cool gym-edit mood that makes the absurd exercise even funnier.
