Minus One Hundred Million Aura

Text on the meme

-100000000 aura

What it means

A shaky video shows a crowd filming a brightly lit event with their phones, repeatedly cutting to close-ups of a phone screen. The caption says “-100000000 aura,” joking that whatever is happening causes an absurdly catastrophic loss of coolness or social status. Koji Kondo’s dramatic “Title Theme” from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time plays over the chaotic footage, making the supposed failure feel comically epic.
