What it means

EN: At night, the camera follows a girl in a costume with a red top, blue skirt, knee-high socks, and blue shoes as she walks from outside into a house and then starts dancing in front of the camera. The sudden shift from mysterious stalking to a playful dance creates an absurd surprise. Katy Perry’s “California Gurls” (feat. Snoop Dogg), an upbeat pop song, heightens the carefree mood and comedic effect.
