Looking Innocent for the FBI

Text on the meme

Reading a manifesto but I don’t want the FBI to think I’m a threat so every few minutes I look at my webcam and do this

What it means

A social media post shows someone reading a manifesto while periodically looking at their webcam and making an exaggerated innocent smile. The joke is that they are worried the FBI will interpret the manifesto as threatening, so they perform exaggerated innocence for the camera as if being monitored.
