EN: A gray cat in a bright knitted sweater with pink ruffles and a red hat first looks at the camera with its tongue out, then lowers its head while standing on a rug. The joke is that after being told that silliness is good, the cat clearly took it too far and now looks guilty and ridiculous; the clip works as a reaction to one's own excessive foolishness or awkwardness.

They said silliness is good. I may have got too silly.
