A Ferret’s Dramatic Musical Journey

Holy yay

A fast-cut 30.5-second montage follows a ferret in increasingly strange close-ups and situations: wrapped up, lying down, appearing on night vision, being handled, staring into the camera, and finally sitting in a colorful ball pit. The absurd escalation is paired with the bossa nova/jazz song “The Cat From Ipanema” by j1gggs, making the ferret’s serious expressions feel like an overdramatic musical performance. It works as a surreal reaction video for moments when someone is overwhelmed, confused, or inexplicably committed to the bit.
