What it means

Two body diagrams show different kinds of personal history marked in colors: the front view highlights a large yellow area on the thigh, while the back view marks a yellow line from the lower back downward. The joke is that “pee” is presented alongside serious experiences like self-harm, scars, childhood memories, and surgery as if it were a dramatic life story.
