Biden Plays Despacito
Joe Biden takes out his phone & plays ’Despacito’ by Luis Fonsi in an attempt to impress Hispanics TODOS con BIDEN HARRIS Texto TODOS al 30330
Joe Biden stands at a campaign podium and appears to take out his phone while “Despacito” by Luis Fonsi plays, then smiles and bobs along as if trying to impress Hispanic voters. The joke mocks an awkward attempt to appeal to Hispanics through a stereotypically popular Latin song; the dramatic music makes the political moment feel absurd and performative.
