COVID Cremation Technology Thread
Wait a second. 180,000 people die every day, but now 7000 deaths in 3 months from COVID-19 and we can't cremate all the dead? I know it's a morbid thing to reflect on, but if many hundreds of thousands are to die in a short time span perhaps we should be looking at the cremation technology the Nazi regime used to dispose of 6 million bodies?
A dark Twitter thread questions why cremation capacity would be overwhelmed by COVID-19 deaths, then proposes using the cremation technology associated with the Nazi regime and the Holocaust. The punchline is an explicitly morbid and shocking reference to the mass murder of six million Jews, making the post an offensive piece of dark humor. It can be sent as a reaction to an appalling, insensitive, or wildly inappropriate suggestion.
